Puzzles

I asked you this a couple days ago and sent it through the proper channels with no responses. Is there another route I need to take to actually get some help here?

Today set on hard with puzzles on avg from 1800s - 2200s so far are only giving me between 5 and 12 points each from between 15 - 21 points on avg for each solved puzzle. I switched over to easy to see because that’s the range for them and it gives me 0 points each solved puzzle and medium 0 - 1 point.

Is something messed up, my brains not firing making progress hard enough. I should be at 2nd or 3rd position when the points are adjusted.
