My tournament opponent hasn’t played since April

So in a tournament here on this site and my opponent hasn’t moved. I checked his profile and he last played in April. How do we resolve this so that the rest of the tournament is not held up?

I refer to the original posters comments; April ? - maybe it didn't automatically time out or maybe the new member needs additional assistance
