Hello,
I am following up regarding my account (username: iragsafarian).
I currently have 4 ongoing chess games that are visible in my account. However, the other ongoing games that I previously had are no longer shown. Their information and game history are also not available to me.
I have been using Red Hot Pawn for approximately 8 years, and these games were active before they disappeared.
Could you please clarify:
Why are my previous ongoing games no longer visible?
Were these games deleted, archived, or moved somewhere else?
Was this related to my subscription/payment status?
Is it possible to restore these games?
Why am I currently unable to start new games?
I would appreciate a clear explanation of what happened to my account and my missing ongoing games.
