If someone quits the clan I would hope they still play those games hard. If they let the game time-out it will damage their ratings... so it's in their best interest to play them.

If they don't play, the game will time out. No one can play the game for them, they are their games to play or lose.

Your clan games will not be affected in any way. They would continue normally whether you are in the clan, or not.
