My OP is sort of a glimpse into my mind. Beware and be afraid. 😞
You can learn from the past, anticipate and plan for the future, but the only thing you actually have to work with (hands on) is the present. Living in the past and/or future can distract from what is happening now. So that quote about past present future is not psychobabble, it's just something that happens to be true.

saying that if a person is at peace, then that must mean they're living in the
present. I'm often most at peace reminiscing about the past. 😕
