Unmarried Chess Players

I am thinking of converting my house into a home for unmarried chess players. Would anyone here be interested ?
The house is pleasant enough. Set in 6 acres in the North York Moors National Park.
Just trying to gauge if there is enough interest.

'Unmarried' sounds very dull. You mean 'single'?
