Well, I wish I knew about crying flies, but they do cry and it's not nice.

But of course. That stickly bug looked like a twig so that its stick-like body wouldn't get stuck in the sticky stomach of a stick bug eating stork. Though, storks sometimes get sick for eating the icky sticks.
