Often the term "that that" is quite redundant. Many times just one that in the same sentence means the same thing, sounds better, sand saves on words.
One hardly ever hears of the word forest dewordification. We need conservative conservation. 😕
In your example one "and" seems to mean pretty much the same thing, but is a beautiful example of the wo ...[text shortened]... nown fact, in India and China an "E" is worth 5 Bengal tiger skins on the black market. 😕
