With this in mind, and since I make a living as a feet model for toenail polish, I would appreciate some serious, smart advice on the best pivot available to further my career. Suntan lotion? Continue with toenail polish but relocate to India?

1. Wash and dry your feet
2. Apply some Aloe Vera gel or cream
3. Stop posting stupid things like this or your (already questionable) credibility will suffer even more
4. Find a new career
5. Next time you have medical problems ask a doctor and not a veterinarian
