I eat chocolate before bed because it gives me incredibly vivid dreams that are insane.
I will usually jump out of bed in the middle of the night and say..."Whoa! That was crazy"

...and then I eat more chocolate because I keep it on my bedside table so I can have more crazy dreams.

I also eat potato chips when I wake up in the morning becaus ...[text shortened]...

I'm sure everyone has food habits that are abnormal but try eating a lot of chocolate before bed!

I've heard some people eat cheese before bedtime for more intense/strange dreams, but I avoid it because it gives me acid reflux.

I love cheese but have never tried it before bed 🤔

I recommend against it, unless you like having your throat eaten away by stomach acid overnight.

After I turned 40 I noticed I get that a lot.
I should really look up a proper diet for my age.
