There are several types.

I like those with several recipes, shown quickly and precisely, with accent on food not on show.

Examples are:
Two Greedy Italians
Jimmy's Comfort Food
Rachel Allen's All Thing Sweet and Everyday's food
Baking Good, Baking Bad by Harry Eastwood
and there are many others even that Italian Pastry chef on TLC TV, when he shows Italian savory meals

There are shows which emphasize travelogue and weirdness, as World's weirdest restaurants by Bob Blumer or No reservations by Anthony Bourdain.

That's boring or irritating.

I wonder. I know you can cook. But what if you had minimal or limited ingredients? Can you make the best of it?

Or are you high maintenance. I need a cook for my starship.
