OK now there I'll have to disagree Oysters are wonderfull especially raw with a good beer and company too.

Actually I have never tried them, they don't look edible to me. But maybe with lots of sparkling wine it would be possible. Can they be eaten other than raw?

I love them fried. Just my luck that I became allergic to all shellfish about 25 years ago. 😛
