General

My wife and I just spent the best part of the day building a box to go around the pipes below the boiler. (Am on AL this week). - Wooden frame with a gold metal front and sides that folded beautifully around the frame. (Has a patterned series of holes through the metal sheet, so had to put an oblique fabric behind the metal to ensure the pipework wasn't visible).

Without question the best thing we have ever built (through improvisation).

Where do we collect the award?

For the paltry fee of 1200 pounds, I could be induced to provide a bus ticket to the awards ceremony, to be hosted by Gianni Infantino. Rumour has it, it would consist of a slightly used golden-coloured medal on a slightly used ribbon.

Ive done pretty well..ive outsourced nearly all household chores and diy due to my perceived 'uselessness-ness'
Im currently working on a self diagnosis of ADHD just to round off any pressure to remember anything she has told me that i might be expected to remember.

Self diagnosis is, often, not the best approach, even for professionals.🤔
Just saying.🫢

My wife suggested, years ago, that I might be suffering from manopause. Thinking that might be true I thought I’d talk to my GP. He sent me to a colleague of his who “specialized” in it. He, the specialist, had me lie down on a couch, asked some questions about my relationship with my mother, all the while taking notes.

That sounds very elaborate and time consuming but well done both 🥇

I’ve hung a long white voile curtain in front of my boiler & messy pipes. The former owner
of my house had moved it from the bathroom to behind the front door to make room for
a free standing shower 🫤

For the nominal sum of 1200 pounds, I could be induced to diagnose any ailment you may require, as I am a certified specialist in imaginary diseases.

If you require absolution as well, I will have know that I am a Cardinal in the Universal Life Church of Salinas, a tax-exempt non-denominational spiritual institution of some repute.

Thank you kindly.

A boiler in the bathroom is never ideal. (We almost bought a property , while looking for our current one) that had the boiler in the main bedroom. - Dive talked us out of buying it. 🙂

Oh heck no, you don't suffer from it, Stees. You revel in it!

Will I get both treatments for 1200 pounds? And do they come with warranty?
