@divegeester saidWell it wouldn't be the first time you were wrong 😛
You strike me as someone who has taken all the courses in ‘handing it out’, but didn’t bother with the ones on how to take it.

@karoly-aczel saidAt the age of 74 you just don't throw weights around, or run for that matter. I'm grateful for my daily walks and my good health. Things could have been better but also worse.
What???
How about a daily run instead? Perhaps throw some weights around?
@torunn saidYou were wise not to take up running. Fast walking is far better as it’s easy on the joints, it helps develop great posture as it’s impossible to walk fast without walking tall, it helps keep your waist and legs toned and the lack of jiggling everything around keeps your boobs and bum in the place that nature intended.

@drewnogal saidDoes a treadmill offer these benefits? Not running, but fast walking?

@torunn saidWalks are probably best for you. I do know a man who is 82 and still runs everyday, don't know how he does it. He was a runner all his life and just never gave it up. One would think his joints would start giving out on him, but he claims it is the running that does it for him.

@drewnogal saidYa, kinda like Beethoven's Fifth, Sixth and Ninth "movements" eh?
Fast walking is slow running to some I suppose; like comparing a fast trot to a slow canter, but the movements are different. 🙂
@karoly-aczel saidI believe you've already more than looked after the weed part. 😉
me too but I could do it without any diickheads in my life ... or a lot of weed instead 😍
