Ten albums to be put into a pod that will be sent out into space in the hope of making contact with jazzbos in other galaxies.

While we may want to have one or two nods to jazz history and recognized masterpieces, if necessary, let's make our lists of CDs subjective while at the same time making some effort to represent the breadth of jazz, making for a balanced capsule.

I'll make a list but how to include Charlie Parker of Lady Day. Most of their albums are collections.

Go for the boxed sets that you think best represents them. Money is no object. This is a multi-billion dollar project 🙂
