The original clan leader was The Slow Pawn (Boris).
I assumed the leadership from him.

I completely agree shortcircuit.

I certainly wasn't attempting to put mghrn55 down in any way.

Not his fault or yours for that matter you've lost a lot of good players over the years. I believe that is something we can all agree on.

I think an active clan culture is probably essential if a clan is to be really successful.
Unfortunately clans of this nature are few and far between.

I believe you have to be active as a Clan or you will find yourself no where on 1rst page. ( My Opinion of course) I know not everyone can be on first page.

All your members should get along with each other or just not speak. The will to win has to be there also. I see a big difference in todays Metallica and the Metallica of a decade ago are like night and day in my opinion of course.

Most important is the Clan Leader who puts it all together makes the challenges and all the big decisions which not an easy task. Can at times be a pain in the butt!
