The game explorer is back online with some further tweaks. Clicking through from a player profile now just pre-fills the search field, and no longer initiates the search.
The game explorer still remains slower than I would want, but keep in mind, it does contain a lot of searchable data, and for such a lightly used feature, it requires a lot of resources as it is.
@Russ saidI wonder how many of us actually use it? I for one don't!

@Russ
Thank you for your work on this, Russ. You may recall that I asked about this.
As for using it, I used to use it VERY FREQUENTLY, before it started crawling. Then I kind of forgot about it. Now I will surely resume!
One thing I use it for is to explore m own games - I can't remember what happened in games I played many years ago, among hundreds of games. With the explorer, I can see how different moves I played in openings worked out for me. This is useful and instructive.
There's other good uses that come to mind, but I won't list them all.
I also wish to THANK YOU for the work you did on the tournament results spreadsheet! Now it's WAY EASIER to view how you, and other entrants are doing - especially in the larger sections. As you scroll back and forth, the names stay in place.
All worth the money. Maybe I'll buy you a coffee!
