Detroit's defense is just to good, keeping Pittsburgh to 20 shots, now can the penguins score one at home. Once they get one goal they might get some momentum and confidence, but its an uphill climb to say the least.
In game three there were a few times that there was a ice hockey stick on the ice during play. Why was the game not stoped to keep the ice clean of debris?

this is a very common thing in hockey. Keep a better handle on the stick and it wouldnt happen. Play is not stopped but they are handed another stick by the bench and the stick is cleaned up as soon as possible without disrupting the flow of the game.

I figured that is what was happening. It seemed to me that if a player should step on the ice hockey stick he could be injured. I have seen about five regulation NHL games and I have not seen a ice hockey stick on the ice for such a long time before when there was no fight. I guess game three was a good game. All I saw was the last thirty minutes or so of regulation time.
Wow that was a great game, Crosby was on fire and Fleury was excellent, Roberts and Orpick were hitting everything that moved in red. Game four on Saturday is gonna be amazing.
Detroit now up to 3 games to 1 after a 2-1 victory over Pittsburgh last night.
Pittsburgh looked like a gd little league team in the 3rd period. Unorganized and just all over the place. Not being able to score on a 5 on 3 power play is embarassing. Detroit will rap this series up at home on Monday.
The Penguins looked like a hockey team in the 2nd period. In the third they looked like a bunch of thugs. The only really consistent one despite giving up some points is Fluery.
