My chess board is real small, inch and a half by inch and a half is what I see now.
Can someone help me bring it back to full size please.

I'm playing on a chromebook. My chess board has gone really small and the adverts at the top and bottom of the screen are very big.
It appears Google (our ad supplier) was running an experiment for 5% of our users for new ad formats which massively reduced the user experience on the web site, as you found out. Apologies about that. I see ads myself on the site, but wasn't within this 5%, so I missed it.
Anyone who has this problem, please let me know here (or via feedback) if the problem persists. It should all turned off, and original ads formats reinstated. (One overlay ad every 10 minutes). Thread 206073
It's a shame the ad experience was so bad, as now I have looked into, they actually were more effective (extra revenue) - but we will do what we can to protect the user experience first.
One last plug though, remember subscribers see no ads, so do consider that if you want a totally ad free experience - it does really help as this site is predominantly run using subscriber revenue. Subscribe
