To set your zoom level to the default ( 100% ) do the following :

With your browser open, hold down the "ctrl" key then press the number "0" (zero, not on the numeric key pad, on the numeric horizontally aligned number keys.)

This will set the zoom level to the default.

This issues has now been fixed, and zoomed browsing is now supported on IE 8 and IE 9.
