    In this thread http://www.redhotpawn.com/board/showthread.php?threadid=21414

NIK abused another chess player telling him:

    "callate, hijo de puta"

which means "shut up, son of a bitch"

This reaction was caused by a comment by lilnicky123 that said:

"Yo quiero tu mama. JK i suck at spanish"

Which means "I want your mom"

I don't think it is appropriate to see such a language displayed publicly in the forums...

i have apologised. i really don't know why i said that-the only reason i can think of is that i was having a bad day. i really love this website and think it's the best site for playing chess (i have said this before). i hope i do not get kicked off the site.

better still, click 'alert moderator' on the posts that you found unacceptable and write a comment in the box as to why. I think there's a lot of swearing still in that thread but not speaking Spanish I can't easily act or know if it was friendly banter or a verbal fight.
