I have another game., the person waited until the timebank was at 0.29 and then made a move.. this is a 21/21 game, so after 42 days, .. just when I think the timeout would be there.. he moved..

And dont you just hate ppl who does that! It's only losers who does that (Poor things)- one way to sort it out is not to play that long, make it 3days with 0 timebank. You'll then get to move every 3rd day and not 21 days. If the other guy wants to play you - its that way or no way.
Its a tournament, so I couldn't decline.. it doesn't bug me the wait though, I just ignore the game until I either see its my move, or the Claim Win icon.
Turn the timeouts back on!
