I am in a tournament that says 21 days timeout, you lose; for the hardcore and vacation phobic, yet my opponent has timed out and is claiming he can't lose because he's on vacation. How is this possible? Can he just stay on vacation, not to lose? Does not seem fair.
He's done this sort of thing before - more than 1500 timeout losses. I don't think he's picking on you particularly because he has an awful lot of games in progress. Vacation flag exempts him from timeout only - as you've seen his clock kept counting down to zero - and at the end of 36 days he'll be losing an awful lot of games, not just yours.
