I am a member of the site
I got a new phone and RedHotpawn made me pay for a new subscription. I paid because I though my renewal period was up
So I want a refund and
I want the link my phone with my existing history to the phone

I'll just suggest the stock answer -send feedback although I know Russ does look on this forum
