Never come across this before.
Very strange.
When I next move in one of our games I'll send you a message and see if you can REPLY to it.
If you can it might just clear out something.
If I don't get a reply I'll assume you can't and I suggest you contact the admins

Check that you don't have a popup blocker in place.
