A - Z '67

AZ '67
is a Dutch Soccer (*football) club, founded in 1967 in city of Alkmaar.
Hence the name.
It was a merger of Alkmaar '54 and FC Zaanstreek.
In 1986 they changed their name from AZ '67 to simply AZ.
Pity!
I have always fancied clubs with some number in the name.
