Schach Attack

I'm a weak to mid-strength club-level player who wishes to use Internet chess to develop a structured thinking process and the discipline to apply it at each move. Hopefully my win-curve will be steep at the lower end (if so, don't assume my initial record is evidence of cheating), though it may not be since I intend to avoid all use of databases even though the website allows their use to players. Because I am not guaranteed daily Internet access games will have a nominal three-day turnaround: however, I may well move once a day, or perhaps more under some circumstances.
