Just an average player. But if I come up against a player who, in my opinion, should not feature in a tournament due to an excessive rating, I will raise my game because I think such players are just trying to win tournaments and ruin it for us average folk.

I only take timeouts if my opponent has gained more timeouts wins than timeout losses. For the others, I will give a reasonable period post-timeout.
