I'm from Ayrshire, Scotland, have played OTB (badly) for years, hoping to improve on RHP. Mainly playing tournaments and clan games but will usually accept a 3 day challenge if not too busy. Generally a bit lenient with timeouts except where a tournament or clan game depends on the result.
Tournament Entry Rating is calculated by the formula (CurrentRating + HighestRating) / 2. The entry rating will never drop to more than 100 points below your Highest Rating.
Rated stats are updated within 24 hours of the last completed rated game.
Everyone is welcome to join who likes a tough game. Give us your BEST! We only want challenges that are greatly lopsided in YOUR favor. If you don't beat us in 20 moves or less the challenge was too weak!
We aim to be the cleanest club on the site by allowing only genuine OTB players in. We aim to have a maximum in the region of 100 active members (i.e. members playing > 10 games a month) and will only evict inactive members after at least 100 days.
