I am a published author with Mystic Moon Press. Unusual things sometimes draw my interest. That is why classical mythology is so dear to my heart. I find in it both comfort and inspiration when I look at it in my strange way. LOL.
Incidentally, as a reward for my loyalty to Greek mythology' I've had several triumphs with it. My articles had been honored to share the same pages as those of Deepak Chopra, Loise Hay and Allan Alda. On the fantasy front, I have drawn inspiration for a co-written story Pirates. That's the real deal by the way, not the fluffy Carribean version with Johny Depp.

My writing tendencies express themselves in the most trivial things. Even certain chess openings at which I am utterly inept draw my interest due to their meaning rather than potential for superiority. LOL.
I was born in Russia by the way, but did I listen to my dad when he offered to teach me chess there? No of course not! I followed the 'easy' course of action and went for Russian checkers, at the time nobody could beat me at those. So due to my stubborness, I cannot boast of Russian chess training. It almost sounds like that phone commercial about not 'having the bars' doesn't it? 🙂

My general interests include: history, mythology, music, math, kakuro, philosophy, psychology, gemstones, fantasy, action figures, and role play. I suppose I sound like a walking confirmation to Wierd Al' song except that instead of Calculus, I prefer to do Group Theory for fun, but that's a technicality, LOL.

I just moved to Texas and like the quiet relaxing atmosphere here.
