Henners

Up until about a year ago I was never more than a casual player (the odd stint of playing for a couple of months with breaks of many years). This site gives me the opportunity to play on a more regular basis and has encouraged my love for the game.

I can be a strong player and make inspired moves, however I am prone to obvious noob mistakes. I keep intending to study the game (particular openings) but never seem to find the time.

I do not use opening books or chess engines.
