I am an active tournament player rated around 2300 FIDE. I like to play on this site to improve my knowledge of theory and improve my analytical abilities. I do use databases, but never use engines. I already know that Fritz is stronger than I am, and am not interested in playing against him here.
Tournament Entry Rating is calculated by the formula (CurrentRating + HighestRating) / 2. The entry rating will never drop to more than 100 points below your Highest Rating.
Rated stats are updated within 24 hours of the last completed rated game.
