Forgetting that without the d pawn, the knight is unprotected.

Giving up the a7 pawn, wanting to castle to safety to activate the other rook.

Not sure what benefit came from this move, as white's pieces have not moved at all except for a late pawn and the queen.

This wants to put a halt to my castling, although if Bxb5: Qxb5+, Nxb5 and safe.
