I play and enjoy quick game. Dont stop playing because your're losing, keep lpaying or resign , I cannot stand people who mysteriously disappear from game once they are losing... If you accept my game, then you accept the game terms, so yes I will time out opponents and fully expect the same treatment.
Tournament Entry Rating is calculated by the formula (CurrentRating + HighestRating) / 2. The entry rating will never drop to more than 100 points below your Highest Rating.
