Not a fan of the queen pawn opening lines. Suppose I should explore them myself.

lots of center coverage on move 2. C pawn is weak if I can exploit in time.

more center control. Puts a piece between my bishop which will ultimately be on g7 and his rook on A1

there's the bishop on g7 so I can castle.

I've allowed three pawns in the center? (I'm really unhappy with my position right now). The C pawn is no longer weak.

Half hearted attempt at retaking space. I think next time I hit a position like this I might go for a flank attack on the queen side.
