? OK I wanted to castle queenside, but beware of the danger of letting your queen be pinned (or even the danger of it).

? Still not getting the danger am I.

OK, now I see it. I can't take the E4 pawn, because then after Nb1c3 I lose the piece. Even worse after e5 I am in serious trouble. d6xe5, then Re1xe5 and I lose the Q. If I move the N and e6, the e5xd6 and I lose the Q. Why did I put my Q there in the first place!!

!? Its time to play move the king.
11. c4 Bc6xe4
?! Can I really afford to take this pawn???
12. Nb1d2 c5
Well this was the idea, move the queen away and I can save the piece.

This is getting hairy.

! This is pretty good. My king is a real piece and he can protect that weak pawn. It's hard to get at him too.

Lucky my queen is stopping Rb1. That would have been checkmate pretty quickly.
