I want to create a Private Tournament, but I don't know how many players will join. If I set it up for 20 players and groups of 2 - can I start the tournament if only 12 sign up? Or do I need to know an exact number of participants before I create the tournament?

I would say test it out. I know other tournaments can start before the full number of people have been reached so I assume there's a way in private tourneys.
Yes I cancelled it. I was testing to see if I could start with less than 20. 1 person signed up. @Russ said I needed 20 - I could not start early. So I cancelled instead of waiting for 20 people. Thank you for trying to sign up though - that would have made three of us. 🙂
