How long does it take to recover from core muscle surgery?
Depending on your state of health, it can be shorter or longer. An average time length that a lot of people say with an abdominal incision is about one to two months or even just six weeks to where you really want to let it heal and you try not to put too much pressure on your abdomen during that time.

Sidney Crosby still out with injury has been skating but still not ready to come back yet. I don't think they are going to rush things or let him come back too early as the team is rolling right along without him doing great. Even when he gets back it will take him a number of games to get back to game shape as they call it.

I like the back up they have now the No1 best be careful or he will become the back up, like the now number 1 did to Fleury back some years ago.

Just a great hockey player. I've followed him from his days in Peewee hockey in Cole Harbour up through to juniors and into the NHL. Local boy from Cole Harbour as is Nathan Mackinnon. Both will someday be in the Hockey Hall of Fame.
