Ron, Satan and his lieutenants will be bound up in the Lake of Fire for a thousand years. After being released "for a short time", he'll go back to serve the rest of his term.
But all human souls sent to the Lake of Fire will suffer "the second death" and be gone.
Where will they go?

Substitution takes place when you believe into the Person of Jesus - confessing Him as your Lord, believing in Him as the Son of God.
You are then not a debtor whose dept has been sentimentally overlooked. You are no longer a debtor because your debt has been PAID - Paid on the cross of Jesus on Calvary.
A debtor whose debt has been paid in full by the Son of God, the Christian is.
Recently, people accused me of being "joyless". If only they knew what joy it brings me to tell the old story of Jesus and His love.
God thirsts for you to believe into Christ.
The parable of the Prodigal son shows the father running to meet his son who was lost and is now found, who was dead and is now alive.
"But while he was still along way off, his father saw him and was moved with compassion, and he ran and fell on his neck and kissed him affectionately." (Luke 15:20)
Oh, the eagerness the Father has that sinners would come home to God through His Son Jesus.
Out from God's throne two streams are seen. One is a stream of judging fire and the other is river of the water of divine and eternal life.
The stream of fire:
Daniel 7:9,10 -
I watched until thrones were set, And the Ancient of Days sat down. His clothing was like white snow, And the hair of His head was like pure wool;
His throne was flames of fire, Its wheels, burning fire. A stream of fire issued forth and came out from before Him.
Thousands of thousands ministered to Him, And ten thousands of ten thousands stood before Him.
The court of judgment sat, And the books were opened.
The river of water of eternal life:
Revelation 22:1-3 -
And he showed me a river of water of life, bright as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb in the middle of its street.
And on this side and on that side of the river was the tree of life, producing twelve fruits, yielding its fruit each month; and the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.
The river of fire sweeps all that is in rebellion to God into a lake of fire.
The river of water of life flows in the eternal city dispensing divine life to the constituents of the New Jerusalem.
The river of fire results in the lake of fire.
The river of water results in the city of water.
In the city of eternal life the life of God is clear as crystal. There is no obscurity and man becomes as transparent as transparent gold. We will look upon each other and within see the Son of God radiating out from all the saved. They have becomes brothers of the Firstborn Son of God.
The lake of fire is said also to be as clear as glass - a sea of glass mingled with fire in Revelation 15:2.
And I saw as it were a glassy sea mingled with fire and those who come away victorious from the beast and from his image and from the number of his name standing on the glassy sea, having harps of God." (Rev. 15:1)
There may be things rather obscure to us now about God's judgment. But in the end of history the lake of fire is as clear glass. All that is contrary to God, against God, in rebellion against God is clearly observed as under God's judgment.
This is the significance of the sea of glass mingled with fire in Revelation. The stream of fire flowing out of God's throne as He judges in Daniel's vision sweeps all that is condemned into the lake of fire - a glassy sea mingled with fire.
Eternal salvation is crystal clear then.
And eternal judgement is also crystal clear then.
