    There's a thread about God's vs man's wisdom.

Can anyone give specific examples of "God's wisdom"? What examples of wisdom can we attribute specifically to God that wouldn't be "man's wisdom"?

Intervening to help the Jews by making sure Trump got elected in the U.S. so he could help Netanyahu get elected in Israel, but not intervening to help the Jews during the Holocaust.

Then send him a letter and tell him all about the things you think he's done wrong!! I'm sure he will put the entire universe on hold to read about your complaints...

This is a list of things conjured up by the imagination of human beings.

For those who believe in a Creator, I think getting all the balances right so that the Cosmos would exist in all its splendor and variety would be a prime example.

The first example I would submit is the very existence of the universe and human beings within it.
But also He situated us in it so that we can observe how unimaginably large it is.
Ie. placing us in the right galaxy, in the right place IN the galaxy, around the right star, at the perfect distance, so that human beings, as technology advances, can observe from the best vantage position the rest of the vast universe without interference.

    Second, Christ Himself.
"But of Him [God] you [believers] are in Christ Jesus, who became WISDOM to us from God: both righteousness and sanctification and redemption." (1 Cor. 1:30)

Third, God sovereignly uses man's hostility towards Jesus Christ in crucifying Him to turn the table and let that be the very instrument by which man can be justified and redeemed.

Fourth, That God establishes a plan so that not just the smartest people (or who THINK they are the smartest people) can be saved, but all people who believe instead, leaving no room for anyone to boast.

Fifth, In remaining silent as to how every single case of living person will be saved, leaving Christians to have to trust Him.

Sixth, by allowing opponents of the Gospel as much time to try to destroy the church from outside or inside to prove its eventual indestructible nature.

Seventh, by knowing everything but only letting man know so much as he can handle at an epoch of time.

Eighth, by writing a book such that it is relevant no matter how the age changes or how culture changes.

Nine, by causing reasons to believe the universe is intelligently design to increase rather then decrease as science advances.

Ten, to allow sketics and unbelievers as many happy years disbelieving so at the eventual end they can never object to God that they had no time to repent.
