    At that level with tens of thousands of separate CPU boards, it would be something like a Manhattan project to get one designed and built inside one year.
    Also I put the caveat in the title, FOR NOW. Fully acknowledging the fact someone will build one faster and one is in the works right now for a 250 petaflop machine. In another ten years I expect the first EXAflop machine to be up and running. 1000 petaflops.
