    I think it is discrete. It would be challenging to accept quantum entanglement without it.

    It's one thing to posit discrete space/time but proving it is way another, since if it were discrete it would be in units something like the Planck length, 10^-34 meter or so and we are not even CLOSE to seeing that kind of detail so we can forget about that for the foreseeable future, maybe in a thousand years of continuous scientific growth but for now forget it. It will remain speculation for a LONG LONG time.
