    Interesting technology. 1 nanometer resolution, 10 angstroms! I wonder if they can get even better resolution using the same technique only with UV light? Maybe get one ANGSTROM resolution.....

    Yes, indeed it begs that obvious question.
    Pity I think it probably wouldn't be practical to take that to yet another level of resolution by using x-rays (because x-rays generally a lot harder to control) but just maybe I could be wrong! I hope I would be wrong about that because that would be nice. Might be worth exploring that also.
