There are at least two answers, one obvious on this site, one less obvious.
Shogi is also known as Japanese chess and has the same number of pieces as chess.
Also the game GO has black and white counters but I don't know offhand how many.
The chess (and similar) board is in 64 parts, not 32. So's a reversi set. Shogi and other Eastern variants aren't black and white.
The one I came across recently is much more surprising than any of those. I'll give a hint: black and white are not evenly distributed in that one.

Chess has 32 parts. That is 32 pieces.
