So was Howell given the game? What was the result for the tourney? Was France disqualified? WHA HAPPEN?

That's twice in a week.
It's probably happening a lot more than we think.

No phone zones are needed, same thing goes for schools. Cheating is going on all over the place. Phones make it so easy to cheat.
