How to offer draw? What are the rules of draw?

If you play via browser: There is a box nect to the board. There are two ways: offer draw and claim draw. If you offer the draw your opponent can trun you down. If you claim a draw and the codnitions are fulfilled the draw will go into effect directly after your move.
