I am in a club, and I want to send a game invite to only (my) club members. When a player offers an invite, he can choose the time limits, rated or unrated, and the minimum and maximum rating of the opponent. CLUBS have their OWN ratings...so does the club rating or the website rating apply to the new game invitation ?
I was told by an experienced club admin that open invites including a rating restriction applies to the website rating. Not the club rating. Even though the invitation is going to club members only.
@vendasaid Both your club rating and the site rating will be adjusted depending on the result of the game
Yes but I was asking about the invitation to a new game. Within the club. If I wanted to play only club members with a rating between 1500 and 1800 ...it is the website rating that applies. Not the club,s rating. Which is backwards in my mind.

You mean the open invites section within the clubs?
I don't know for certain but I'd assume that it's the site rating because not everyone will know club ratings are different and it's not a true reflection of how strong you are.
