now cannot change them out, blocked by a comment that is completely new here???

We got it the first time that you don't know what @Russ means.

You get the @someone if you press Reply to the post (as opposed to Reply to the Topic) so that People know whom who are reponding to.

You can directly click on a @Name, since it links to the profile.
