The formula described is the higher of your (highest rating + current rating)/2 and your (highest rating - 100).
Mine is based on my highest rating in the past 1 year and my current rating, which is below my highest rating overall - 100.
Is the formula described incorrect or is my case a programming error? Note, my current is 1228, entry is 1301, highest in one year is 1374, but highest five year is 1485. That 1485 should make my entry level 1385, right?
