    What is the correct procedure for reporting members' abuse outside of the forums?
    i.e. verbal abuse in in-game chat or PM's

    In addition to sending feedback, you can place an abusive member on your ignore list, which stops their messages.

    Ok thanks guys.

    It's just that I had a rough day at the office (literally)
    so the unnecessary abuse that I have seen after coming home from work was not welcome.
